Every so often a parcel of fruit comes up that is too unique to resist.

This small parcel became available during what was already a chaotic time of vintage, however was too special to turn down,

In the midst of this busy time a sense of calm was found with this ferment knowing it would run its course …

Chenin Blanc and Verdelho picked early to retain freshness and vitality as with all the wines-

One of the goals for us is for the wines to tell stories, not only of the vineyard and sites they’re grown on but of the season too-
