Fruit was picked from a vineyard in Yallingup hills, whole bunches were placed into open fermenter, filled with carbon dioxide and sealed up for 14 days.
After which was basket pressed straight to stainless steel barrel for 4 months,
The result is a lively chilled red full of nervous energy,
Cranberry, crunchy pomegranate seeds and fresh watermelon rind.
